The ReBop5DLX EX is a 5-string bass from the Europe Series that takes on the classic Spector NS curved body style first introduced in the late 70′s which mixes an alder body with an exotic zebra wood top and a 3-piece, bolt-on rock maple neck. The sumptuous natural woodgrain lines give the electric bass’ already curvaceous double cutaway body even more charm. Adding to these aesthetics are a rosewood fingerboard with mother-of-pearl Spector inlays that get larger as they make their way up towards the headstock, and black hardware. Helping you mold and capture the tones created by the combined lightweight hardwoods are EMG-HZ passive humbuckers, Spector TonePump active tone controls (boost only, internal voltage doubler), as well as Volume, Blend, Low EQ, and Hi EQ controls.

The Spector Limited Edition Redwood Burl NS-5XL is crafted with 75-to-100 year-old, water-cured redwood burl. The burl rests on a platform of Spector’s legendary hand-selected, premium exotic woods: maple for the neck and black walnut for the body wings. Water-cured redwood is harvested from the stumps of redwood trees cut down 75-100 years ago that fell into streams. These trunks were submerged in water the entire time, which washed all the resins out of the wood and replaced them with dissolved minerals. This natural mineral enrichment process is what gives the wood its unique color and density. This natural water curing is very similar to the method that has been used for curing violin woods in Europe for hundreds of years.The Spector NS-5XL 5 string bass guitar is constructed with 3-ply maple neck-thru construction with graphite stiffening rods and a heavy-duty truss rod. It has a 34″ scale rosewood fretboard with Spector’s abalone crown inlays, dual USA EMG-40DC humbuckers, an 18V 3-band active EQ preamp, premium gold-plated hardware, and a gloss finish.

The Mike Kroeger Signature model is a Legend 5 custom set-neck electric bass guitar, with a couple of unique features that make it uniquely Mike’s, or maybe yours!The Spector bass is all passive-passive EMG pick-ups and passive electronics. It has a headstock inlay on the 12th fret, as well as a letter “M” on the third fret. The body is made of maple, and the 35″-scale neck is created with 3-ply rock maple.
